Manufacturing
We aim to keep our manufacturing times as short as possible. Orders are typically processed within 14 business days if not sooner. These times are subject to change in periods of high demand.
Discreet Packaging
Packages are shipped discreetly in a plain brown cardboard box from "S LLC". For international orders and custom forms, items will be marked as “silicone sculptures”.
Are your toys cleaned before packaging?
Yes, we wash our toys with hot water and dish detergent before shipping. It is normal to find small amounts of lint from the drying process.
Domestic and International Shipping
For domestic shipping, we ship to all states and territories of the USA through USPS and UPS. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping provider and service selected at checkout.
For international shipping, we ship through USPS, UPS, and DHL Express depending on the country.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any costs including VAT, duties, and any other associated customs fees that may arise. Again, delivery times are dependent on the shipping provider and service selected at checkout.
Buyers assume the potential risk of seizure by customs and other authorities when ordering. Please be mindful of your local laws and regulations.
Customization options?
For firmness, there are soft and medium. For colors, we offer multiple standard colors. Most sizes also have the option for an attachment hole. We also offer mystery, fade, and marble patterns.
What are the numbers at the end of each model name?
We use numerical measurements for each size of our models instead of a subjective description like “small” or “large”. With the size in the name, you’ll always know what you’re dealing with! Sizes are generally based on each model’s standing height and moved one decimal point to the right.
Do toys differ in physical appearance, coloration, and other characteristics?
Even within the same size and model, each toy may differ than pictured due to variations in angle, lighting, and the handmade creation of each toy. While not identical, the potential margin of error is so small that the functionality and quality of each toy is unaffected.
What are flops?
Flops are discounted due to superficial blemishes. They have the same functionality and safety as regular toys.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and custom-made manufacturing, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. See “Terms of Sale” for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, before your order has been manufactured. Cancellations incur a 50% restocking fee on the order. See “Terms of Sale” for more information.
