Changes

If you wish to request a change to your order, please immediately notify us at help@siliwilis.com or the contact page with your order number. This must be done within 24 hours or before your order has been manufactured. If your order has been manufactured, we cannot accept order changes.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Any order issues must be reported to us within 3 days of the date of delivery. Please review all aspects of your order upon delivery. If you experience any defects or discrepancies with your order, please notify us at help@siliwilis.com or the contact page for resolution.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, before your order has been manufactured. Because orders are individually made, there is a 50% restocking fee on any canceled order that has been manufactured but not yet shipped. If your order has not been manufactured yet, you will receive a full refund and no restocking fee.
